Civic infrastructure for the living world.

Alerta is a citizen observation platform anchored in Peru, where Vigías, Creators, Experts and Aliados form a living network of attention, verification and reciprocity. This space holds the methodology, the voice, and the materials that explain how it works.

From the Constitution, Article I
Alerta exists to make visible what would otherwise pass unseen. The platform belongs to no single owner. It is held in trust on behalf of the territories it serves and the communities that inhabit them.

Three movements

01

Observation

Vigías record what happens in their territories. A photograph, a coordinate, a short note. Each observation enters a queue where it is reviewed before it becomes public.
02

Verification

Experts evaluate each observation within their field of authority. Verification builds the trust score that anchors the entire economy.
03

Reciprocity

Verified work earns seeds. Seeds carry demurrage. They are spent at Aliados, gifted to communities, or held as a record of contribution. The economy is built on Ayni.

Each path begins differently. The questions you are asked, the materials you receive, and the first action you take are shaped by who you arrive as.
